TERMS & CONDITIONS
Attendance at any summit, conference, training, webinar organized by Vonlanthen Global Conferences & Summit s.r.o., ID: 04753046 (registered address in Czech Republic: Opletalova 1603/57, Prague), hereinafter referred to as “Hub-EA”, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By registering for any of our events by e-mail or online the client accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Registration Confirmation and Payment Policy
Events: We will confirm your participation after receiving the signed pre-registration form. The client will receive the invoice within 24 hours of sending the signed form. We require the full payment of the registration fee within 10 working days of the invoice issue date. The registration fee includes 2 days of participation, refreshments, lunches, dinner, and a documentation package. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Payments by bank transfer or via PayPal are in Euros. Payments by credit card are charged in Czech Korunas. “Hub-EA” is not liable for any additional bank transfer fees that may occur as a result of paying by this tender and operating in a foreign currency. The client must pay each invoice within 14 days from the issued date (All prices listed are excluding VAT).
Webinars: Registration to a webinar is made by filling out a form. Upon receipt of both the registration form and payment (via credit card/bank transfer), the client will be sent a confirmation of registration as well as an invoice via email. Joining instructions will be sent two days prior to the webinar, or immediately for those booking within two days of the webinar date. Webinars are for individual use only and should not be shared. Payment must be received in full prior to the webinar start date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Payments by bank transfer or via PayPal are in Euros. Payments by credit card are charged in Czech Korunas. “HUB_EA” is not liable for any additional bank transfer fees that may occur as a result of paying by this tender and operating in a foreign currency. The client must pay each invoice within 14 days from the issued date. If the client books any course within 14 days before the webinar’s start date, then payment is due immediately. All prices listed are excluding VAT. Upon invoicing, the statutory VAT will be added to this price.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Events: A delegate may be substituted up to 5 days before the event. Cancellation made one month prior to the start date of the event will be refunded less than 50% of the registration fee. Refunds will be made after the event. Cancellations made within one month of the event start date will result in no refund. A written notice is required for cancellation. We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that cause cancellations, in such events we can provide a delegate-pass to an upcoming event that will be valid for one year from the original event start date. Please note that the delegate-pass cannot be refunded due to further cancellation.
Webinars: Cancellation of registration can only be accepted in written form (email) within 24 hours after the registration to the course and will be subject to a refund of the full paid registration fee. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the full course registration fee. Registrants who do not access the live webinar will be emailed a recording of the webinar or sent the slides if no recording is possible after the webinar. Registrants who do not attend the live webinar will still be charged the full course registration fee. Bookings made after the live webinar will be sent a link to the recording once full payment has been received. If payment is received and access to the recording is provided, a refund will not be given. “Hub-EA regrets that registrations cannot be transferred to another course and registrants are not able to transfer their place to another delegate.
Force Majeure and Permanent Cancellation
Events: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event we reserve the right to change event dates, sites, or location, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty. In such situations, no refunds, partial refunds, or alternative offers will be made. In the event that we permanently cancel the event for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any force majeure occurrence, and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the client will receive 100% refund of the registration fee in a maximum of 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
Webinars: “Hub-ea” reserves the right to make changes to the course program. We ask for your understanding that, in the case of changes to the program, postponing a webinar, cancellation by or substitution of lecturers (e.g. sudden illness of the lecturer), there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the registration fee. However, in the case of event cancellation by “Hub-EA”, registrants have the right to reimbursement of the registration fee.
All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by “Hub-EA” in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited. “Hub-EA” has the right to record photos and videos of registrants and may use them for non-commercial purposes.
